Floating Xmas tree

In Rio de Janeiro was set the highest floating Christmas tree. Its height is 85 meters and weight – 530 tons. The Xmas tree, lifted up in 1996, is Rio de Janeiro’s third largest visitor destination after the New Year’s Eve on Copacabana or other beaches and famous Carnival. It is placed on the lake Lagoa and is created of metal structures. It has built-in an electronic bell, with Christmas tunes. In the last weekend residents and tourists of Brazilian cities have witnessed of firework, from the construction of Xmas tree.
