The name of the project is “Stiletto Police”, and as far as industrial design projects go, this one’s rather graphic. Designed by Tim Cooper this shoes fall right into a maniacal state of wonder. There’s no indication of whether these LED-festooned stiletto heels include a set of handcuffs, however, they looks very fashionable
